Each year during Labor Day Weekend, Warren Hill gathers Jazz Greats for a wonderful assortment of music.

Who is Warren Hill:
Warren Hill
Warren Hill is a Canadian smooth jazz musician. A graduate of Berklee College in Boston, Massachusetts, Hill performed at his own graduation day in 1988, where he caught the attention of record producer Russ Titelman, who helped him sign a record deal with RCA Records in 1991, and Hill released his debut album Kiss Under the Moon that year. He also backed Chaka Khan and Natalie Cole in the early 1990s. Throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s, Hill continued to release albums: Devotion came out in 1993 and Truth in 1994. By 1997, he had switched to Discovery Records, where he released 1997’s Shelter and 1998’s Life Thru Rose Colored Glasses. Love Life followed in 2000 on the Narada label, followed by Love Songs and A Warren Hill Christmas in 2002, Pop Jazz in 2005. What and Where is the Cancun Jazz Festival?
The Cancun Jazz Festival is an All-Inclusive festival that takes place at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya which is located approximately 45 minutes outside of Cancun, Mexico, just northeast of Tulum.
What Is An All-Inclusive Festival?
The Cancun Jazz Festival is an All-inclusive festival which means your ticket not only includes the great entertainment it also includes your food and beverages, yes even the alcoholic beverages!
Do I Need A Passport?
Yes, you will need a Passport. Plan ahead as it can take up to 2 months to get/update your Passport.
What is Included?
The package is an all inclusive experience that covers your room and tickets for the entire event.

Can I Attend the Festival if I'm Staying At A Different Resort?
Unfortunately no. Due to local government regulations, we are not able to sell tickets to people staying at other resorts. If you have already booked at another resort, please cancel and re-book through our website or call the box office.

What Information Will I Need To Book My Package?
When you initially need to book a package you will need to have your credit card and personal information available to make a reservation, such as:
• Full legal names of guests
• A credit/debit card for payment
• Billing & Mailing Address
• Email
• Phone number
• Birthday
• Citizenship
Other information such as your passport and any other travel documents indicating citizenship will be required prior to check in but are not needed to book a reservation.
How Do Payment Plans Work?
The initial deposit to secure your reservation is $300 per person. The remaining payments will be divided up equally over the remaining months prior to the event, with the final payment due by August 1st, 2017. A small fee of $100 will be added to the total to cover the cost of the payment plan. (This fee is already added to the payments listed)
What Are Service Fees?
Service fees cover the costs associated with running and servicing tickets sold for this event. Including but not limited to producing ticket stock, purchasing servers and computer equipment, the labor involved in answering calls and getting the event tickets to you and for maintaining outlet locations. These are the fees that help us get you your tickets.
All tickets have a $70 service fee associated with them, this includes phone, internet, Box Office, and in-person transactions.
