What is the best way to dress for a Disney Live show?
We suggest you dress comfortably. The temperature in the arena is typically 10+ degrees cooler than outside, so a light sweater/jacket might be needed. Also, practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the steps in the arena.Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense. Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted. LEARN MORE
What are the ticket prices for children?
Ticket prices are the same for children one year of age and older and adults alike. Please contact your local ticketing agency (e.g. Ticketmaster or Tickets.com) or your arena box office to find out about any special ticket savings that may be available.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
In most arenas, children under 1 year old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
What is the running time of the show?
Disney Live! productions vary in length, but they average between one hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20 min. intermission.
Are cameras allowed in the arena?
Still cameras are permitted at Feld Entertainment events, provided that they are non-professional cameras (lenses shorter than six inches) and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras of any kind are allowed in the venue. Camera policies are different from venue to venue. If you have concerns, please contact the specific venue in your area to verify the policy details. We hope you enjoy the event with your friends and family! Are there any Meet & Greets available?
From time to time, we offer public meet and greets, which will be advertised as such. If there aren’t any meet and greets planned in your area, we hope you will enjoy seeing the Disney characters at the show!
Can my children spend time on stage with the characters?
Disney Live! does not sell tickets to get on stage with the characters. The experience is reserved for select groups like Special Olympics and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Some Disney Live! shows do have interactive audience moments, however these children are chosen at random.
