You Deserve It! Vacations Professional Team Photoshoot
Yolanda Meador President and Founder of YDI!V has scheduled a professional photoshoot with her team members for Saturday November 15, 2014.
A detailed timeline will be sent to you prior to the shoot however you can tentatively book:
7AM Makeup and hair
8AM Arrival of Men ( no need for makeup and hair)
8:30 Clothing assigned
9AM Professional headshots
10 AM Fun theme shoot
11AM Departure
Please no outside distractions while on shoot (kids, spouses, busy cell phones) the faster we shoot the faster we depart.
Headshots:
Female a blouse or top will be purchased, these are headshots your lower body will not be captured. Provide your own accessories.
Men: A Dress shirt and tie will be purchased, please provide your own bottoms or something to wear to cover the undies...
Themed Shoot: Just bring yourself all items are provided
Arrive CLEAN Face, Clean hair, NON DAMP, Blowdried and ready for styling. The hairstylist is not shampooing, trimming, coloring, etc, it is a STYLE and move on.
Face: unless you have skin allergies all makeup is provided (please bring anything you need for sensitive skin)
A current face shot will need to be emailed to us when you send back your size chart, this is to make sure skin tones are provided for on the shoot.

Email Completed Sizing Chart and Current Face Picture to [email protected] by October 1, 2014.
Paying: Each person is to pay $200.00 you can pay in full or half and half, the options are listed inthe payment area. If you opt to pay half and half final payments are due by October 30th, 2014.
